Mack leads 11 Series Energy with over 20 years of experience in combat operations, intelligence, and federal contracting. He’s a bilingual veteran and a former real estate investment banker with deep expertise in building veteran-focused companies. His leadership fosters a culture of discipline, innovation, and mission-driven construction excellence.

Fred L. Bible

Vice President of Construction

U.S. Army Veteran | West Point Graduate | Federal Construction Leader

Fred brings over 30 years of construction and program management experience, both military and civilian. From managing $55M USACE projects in Iraq to delivering solar and civil works for the National Park Service, VA, and CBP, Fred’s federal portfolio exceeds $300 million. He holds a B.S. in Engineering Management from West Point and certifications including OSHA 30, USACE CQM, DAWIA Level I, and DOD COR.

Russ leads the operational strategy and execution for 11 Series Energy. With more than 25 years of experience, he has scaled startups to $40M+ in revenue and managed federal projects including solar array restoration and civil infrastructure for CBP. His background spans construction, laboratory services, and logistics—with strengths in P&L, forecasting, and performance optimization.

Tess Boykin

Tess Boykin brings a decade of experience in federal and private sector construction, with a proven track record managing multimillion-dollar projects across the continental U.S. and the U.S. Virgin Islands. At 11 Series Energy, she wears multiple hats—leading project management while driving capture and proposal efforts, scheduling, and estimating. Tess has successfully delivered projects for agencies including the U.S. Army, CBP, VA, HUD and the U.S. Air Force, ranging from ground up construction, solar array restoration to large-scale housing renovations. Known for her precision in budgeting, scheduling, and documentation, she ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Daren Gerrish

Project Manager

U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Combat Veteran | PMP-Certified | Federal SCIF Project Specialist (In Training)

Daren Gerrish is a former 82nd Airborne combat infantry paratrooper and US State Department contractor with extensive leadership experience in high-security and mission-critical environments such as active combat zones, DoD bases and US Embassies in high-threat regions. At 11 Series Energy, he has supervised projects including the Detroit Sector EV infrastructure upgrade and medical facility renovations. Currently advancing his expertise through specialized training in SCIF alarm systems, fire alarms, and lock systems, Daren is preparing to lead CONUS and OCONUS crews in federal SCIF site support. A PMP-certified professional with USACE CQM and OSHA 30 credentials, he combines military discipline, technical proficiency, and hands-on leadership to deliver secure, high-quality results.
